About the Stop Here When Flashing Sign
MUTCD Section 8B.10 lets a STOP HERE WHEN FLASHING sign mark the point where drivers must stop while the flashing-light signals are on — useful where the stop point isn't obvious or the lights stand some way from it. It's a black-on-white regulatory sign. Some versions add an arrow pointing down to the stop line; this builder draws the word message.
