About the Do Not Drive on Tracks Sign
Light rail trackway in the middle of a street can look like a lane — especially at a turn, at night, or in snow. MUTCD Section 10C.12 lets a DO NOT DRIVE ON TRACKS sign keep motor vehicles off it, placed where a driver might turn onto the tracks. It comes as words (R15-6a) or as the R15-6 symbol — a car on rails, crossed out.
