About the Light Rail Activated Blank-Out Sign

Where turning traffic crosses light rail tracks, MUTCD Section 10C.17 lets a blank-out sign light up a yellow light rail train symbol on a black face while a train approaches, and stay dark otherwise. Drawn from FHWA's official artwork.
