About the Do Not Stop on Tracks Sign
Where queues from a nearby intersection or driveway can leave a vehicle stopped on the tracks, MUTCD Section 8B.07 calls for a DO NOT STOP ON TRACKS sign, on the right-hand side of the road on the near or far side of the crossing, wherever drivers will see it best. It's a black-on-white word-message regulatory sign.
